Jordan Visa Regulations
A visa is required for everyone entering Jordan. Visas may be obtained from Jordanian embassies and consulates all over the world. Travellers from Western countries can obtain their visa upon arrival at any port of entry. Payment for visas must be in local currency. Foreign exchange services are available in the airport. Visas are valid for two weeks, but can be extended on request for a total of up to three months with no additional charge. For Non-Western nationalities, please check with Nawafir.
Current visa fees is (JOD 40.00) – equal to (US $ 60.00).
Nawafir tours can arrange a free entry visa to Jordan at any port of entry (for 1 persons and more) depending on the nationality. Below information should be provided minimum by two weeks prior to arrival date. (Please check with us meet and assist charges).
First name, Middle name, Surname, Sex, Nationality, Date of birth, Place of birth, Passport No., Date of issuance, Expiration date [passport must be valid for minimum 6 months], Occupation.
Another option for travellers to obtain a free entry visa upon arrival to any Jordanian port of entry is by pre-purchase the (NON – REFUNDABEL JORDAN PASS) directly online via Jordan tourism board (JTB), traveller can choose one of three ticket (JOD 70 – JOD 75 – JOD 80) which includes the entrance fees for almost all main tourist attractions for one ticket to be shown at each site. Jordan pass is valid for only two weeks from the date of purchase.

Jordan Pass Rules & Regulations:
• The Jordan Pass is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• The Jordan Pass is non-transferable.
• No refund applies in the event of closure of participating locations for public holidays or unforeseen events, or free entrance days.
• No refund applies for un-used tickets.
• Opening times of participating Locations fluctuate from time to time and users of information on this website are advised to check with the Location concerned prior to visiting in order to ascertain the opening times.
• Buying the Jordan pass after arrival to Jordan does not allow the pass holder to benefit from the entry visa discounts and tax exemptions.
• This pass is for personal use and is not transferable. Any misuse will subject the pass holder to legal liabilities. Entering Jordan from land border:

Northern Border – Shiekh Hussein Bridge
Free entry visa can be arranged if Nawafir tours provides meet & assist service, guide service & passport list, conditioned by a minimum stay of two nights.
Visa can be obtained upon arrival to the border after paying the visa fee.
Allenby Border – King Hussein Bridge
Free entry visa can be arranged if Nawafir tours provides meet & assist service, guide service & passport list, conditioned by a minimum stay of two nights.
No visa can be obtained at this border, travellers must have the entry visa in advance from the nearest Jordanian embassy or consulate to their home country.
Southern Border – Wadi Araba Crossing Point:
Free entry visa can be arranged if Nawafir tours provides meet & assist service & passport list, conditioned by a minimum stay of two nights.
Failure to stay minimum two nights, a fine of (JOD 70.00 = US $ 100.00) per person + the visa fee will be paid upon departure.
Departure tax from any Jordanian land border is (JOD 10.00 = US $ 15.00) per person.
